With over 20 years corporate background, having work in the solar and watch industry in management positions, Uwe is willing to contribute to the unfolding of a creative and innovative working environment, bringing joy to each individual person working in the office, and contributing to the success of the company itself. Uwe is additionally currently researching through his DBA, Doctorate of Business Administration, about the correlation of Arts and Business, and the impact of Joy on the teamwork and overall performance of the companies.
